When will my order be shipped?

We ship most orders within three business days of purchase (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).  We will try to get your order out within 3 working days after we receive payment confirmation from the finance department. As soon as the shipment/ delivery is done via our authorised logistics service provider, We’ll send you a notification with all the shipping details.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times may vary, but you should expect to receive your order on the dates that you chose when placing the order. Orders placed after the cut off time 3.00pm will be processed as next day order.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery fee will be shown at the checkout payment section, and it is depending on the area that you’ve selected for delivery. Simply click add to cart and select your location.
