Instructions for Use:

• Ensure that correct measurement is taken.
• Select the required size as per the measurement chart.
• Gently place the hernia aid on your inguinal region with the adjustable compression pad over the swollen area.
• Fasten the waist belt using the hook and loop strapping.
• Bring the elastic perineal straps under your legs and fasten them to the buckles on the waist belt.
• Make sure that the pads come directly over the hernia site.
