Orders & Payment
How can I order?
You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.
You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products.
What payment methods can I use?
You can use all the major credit cards.
What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact hytest@hytest.fi notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
My order has been shipped. Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel your order once it ships.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been successfully placed, we’ll send you an order confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, you’ll then receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?
So sorry! Unfortunately, we do not currently sell wholesale nor do we authorize the resale of our products. Thank you for your interest!
I bought products off a third party app! Please help!
Unfortunately, we do not sell wholesale, nor do we authorize the resale of our products outside of ColourPop.com and Ulta. Any issues you may experience with products purchased through a third party app may be the result of a counterfeit product. Please reach out to the third party app you used to place your purchase for further assistance!
Where can I purchase your products?

Can I adjust the height of the Home Cervical Traction Kit?
We’ve optimized the height of the desk at 735mm (29”) to suit most people, but you can still fine-tune the height and raise it by up to 20mm (0.8”)
Shipment
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping generally costs around MYR 4 for Peninsular Malaysia and MYR 8 for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
Where do you ship to?
We ship to residential or commercial addresses in both East and West Malaysia, but are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
If you have a special delivery request, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to the courier service directly after placing your order.
How long does delivery take?
Subject to stock availability, orders usually take 1 working day to be processed and are delivered within 1-3 working days.
Returns
I have received my order. Can I exchange it for a different variant or model?
We do not offer exchanges for our products at the moment. However, we do have a Return policy in place which you may refer to for more information.
What do I do if I face an issue with my purchase?
In the unlikely event that you encounter any damaged, defective or missing parts, please drop us an email with photos of the affected area and your order number. Our support specialists will do their best to assist you.
